Where Can I Find Books For Free?
Your Local Library
The simplest way to read for free is by going to your local library. If a book is not currently available at your library, you usually have the option of having it shipped from a nearby library. At Boston College, those with access to the BC Libraries have the option of using WorldCat Local and Interlibrary Loan. Through these services, you can request a book that is available at another library to be shipped to Boston College.
OverDrive
OverDrive is a digital distributor of eBooks, audiobooks, and other digital content whose download service for libraries allows you to access your library's digital collection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Once you have downloaded a title, you can read it on your computer, mobile device, or eBook reader.
